Concept artists create narrative centered works, we often have to be quick to create a variety of different thumbnails. Concept art can be created digitally or traditionally, and can include characters, environments, buildings, props, and so much more. My concepts tend to be focused on character and creature design. There is never just one job for a concept artist, as there are many things that help bring a concept to life, concept artists can work freelance or with other artists within a team or studio. If you are interested in becoming a concept artist, you may want to consider pursuing a BFA.
